

As one can assume, this picture was not taken from a camera but all the objects were placed together in photoshop to create these surreal images. although surreal is not meant to be "real" they are in fact realistic. giving tiny details can give them ther realistic feel such as shadows, land to stand on or fall to, and giving natural lighting and colors. to make the surrealistic look one can put lands together and blend them with a soft eraser shown in photo 2. changing levels and colors also add to this effect. placing pictures or layers on top of each other and using different blending options is essential to this look. by practicing these tutorials i learned how to better add a realistic feel to my artwork and will be using the techiques in my own surreal artwork.
